Why we built this
Every home project starts with the same question: how much do I actually need to buy? Get it wrong and you're either making a second trip to the store mid-pour or hauling back a truck bed of leftover bags. Honey-Do Squad answers that question for concrete, decking, framing, gravel, mulch, paint, tile and more — in the exact units suppliers sell (cubic yards, tons, boards, bags) plus a cost estimate.
Where the numbers come from
Our tools use construction-estimating formulas, material coverage, package sizes, and planning allowances. Selected guides include references so you can check the assumptions. Defaults are examples: change the available inputs for your product and confirm the result with your supplier. Honey-Do Squad and Job Ready IQ share an owner.
How to use it
Enter your dimensions on any calculator to get instant quantities and an estimated cost. Building something bigger? Add the result to My Projects, where you can manage named plans, stages, tools, checkpoints, materials, prices, purchases, and notes. Export a supplier CSV, print or save a PDF, or transfer a versioned JSON project file. Everything stays in your browser — no account, no signup.
An honest word on estimates
These are planning estimates. Real material yields and prices vary by supplier, region, and site conditions, and every project has its own quirks. Always confirm quantities before buying, round up where it matters, and keep your receipts for returns. Where a calculator includes waste, it is already part of the displayed purchase estimate; avoid adding the same allowance twice.
